Reiki energies are suitable for use on anything alive. Healing energies can also be embedded into inanimate objects such as rocks, jewelry, heating pads, bandages, blankets, stuffed animals, etc. After charging, these items will give off healing or comforting energies for a time, after which they will have to be recharged. Healing energies can also be used to amplify the natural healing properties of crystals and other like elements.

Reiki sessions can be beneficial for the following:

  • Relaxation and Stress Relief
  • A Sense of Well Being
  • Problem Solving and Goal Setting
  • Increasing Focus and Awareness
  • Pain Management
  • Dealing with Chronic Disease
  • Release of Trauma and Past Life Distress
  • The Gaining of Self Knowledge
  • Spiritual Growth
