A Nice Reiki Bath

I’m feeling a little stressed out today so I am going to take a nice Reiki bath. It’s an extremely easy thing to do and the relaxing feeling is even better than a bubble bath or sea salt soak. Plus, there’s the added benefit of a mini-Reiki healing.

To create a Reiki bath, simply draw your nice warm bath as usual. Place your hands in the water. Look at your palms and say “Reiki- water”. The energies will be released for about three to five minutes. The results will last for the entire duration of your soaking. Enjoy!
